Intuition is the capacity to make decisions and create new ideas without conscious deliberation. You could call it “cognition in flow.”
Flow is intuitive action: the optimal experience where action becomes automatic and conscious thought seems to meld together with the action itself.
Both intuition and flow are critical for high functioning in dynamic, fast-paced environments. But there are predictable ways we distort our intuition and block our flow. These can be fixed.
