All of the following types of support are recommended for a period of 4-6 months. You may choose to provide support before, after, or both before and after an on- or off-site training.
1-1 Coaching for Team Members
Some or all of your team members can receive 1-1 coaching. Private sessions allow those who might not otherwise speak up in a group setting to be heard and supported.
30 minute 1-1 coaching sessions are available on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly frequency. Longer sessions may be available as needed.
Group Coaching for Cohorts
Cohorts or smaller groups are useful in building morale and relationships. A blend of instruction, activities, and facilitated discussions, cohorts help team members develop new skills and breathe new life into team cultures.
30 or 60 minute group sessions are available on either a biweekly or monthly frequency.
1-1 Coaching for Managers and Leaders
Under stress, managers and leaders also may struggle to consistently bring their best to the team. Leadership coaching exponentially increases the impact of the training which is delivered by fostering the leader’s ability to unlock the true potential, innovation, and creativity of their team.

Any information that is proprietary to your team or which is generally not known to the public will be treated as strictly confidential, in perpetuity. Private coaching sessions with any team member are also held as strictly confidential.
